I'd be honored to be your Virtual Instructor! VPF classes are never longer than 45 minutes, and my goal for you is FUN! All you need is your body, your device to play the workout, and enough space for your yoga mat... oh, and have your water close! I'll cue you & offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity... just do what YOU need to do to make it your best workout.

I've been a fitness instructor & coach for about five years. As a Holistic Behavioral Health Specialist, movement is one of my Pillars of Health. I love moving my body with purpose to music in ways that improve my strength & flexibility... and to bring that to you in your own home as virtual classes makes me love it even more! My goal is to keep it simple & fun, and to leave you feeling grounded & amazing!

Every workout will work your entire body, with special focus on your arms, legs, core, & booty. Not to mention we'll get that heart rate up as well!

Modifications are provided & encouraged... anyone can do these classes from beginners to experienced fitness enthusiasts.
