I've been in the health and fitness space for many years now, and I've tested and tried a number of different ways. The name of the game is to always be learning because as time passes, new information is available, our bodies are changing, and what worked before just might not work for us now.

In my virtual classroom, we focus on getting back to the basics and learning how our bodies respond to certain things.

There's no one size fits all.

In fact, there are no meal plans or exercise programs that I tell you that you need to follow! (What?!) Getting to know the reasons why we do certain things is the key building blocks to a brighter health future.

I'm a mom of three, a wife, and a fitness instructor & health coach. For many years, I spent my days as a Behavioral Analyst helping families better understand behaviors and patterns, and how to change unhealthy habits.

Now, I combine that approach with health and help transform lives from unhealthy, unmotivated and uninspired, to feeling empowered and in control of everyday living.

As I grow my catalog, you'll find a variety of courses in my school -- one of which is my very own Power Flex class.

As a Holistic Behavioral Health Specialist, movement is one of my Pillars of Health. I love moving my body with purpose to music in ways that improve my strength & flexibility... and to bring that to you in your own home as virtual classes makes me love it even more! My goal is to keep it simple & fun, and to leave you feeling grounded & amazing!
